This time Kolkata city was all over Mumbai and Delhi at Lakme Fashion Week. Kolkata again hit the fashion headlines after decades. First, Calcutta had got the headline for its Fashion when Ritu Kumar (supposed to be the first lady in fashion Industry), started her career in fashion as a young bride. Now things have changed a lot in the past few years. Top Designers and Models agree that the Kolkata city has been growth as a fashion hub for the past few years. Kolkata has always so much of talents (both Fashion Designers and Models) in fashion but they used to move to Delhi and Mumbai to showcase their talent but now they have got great platform in their own city in Kolkata (Calcutta).
