Delhi Development authority/DDA) has announced a new housing scheme wherein it is offering 5,000 flats across Delhi city.

DDA has announced that the scheme will have one, two and three bedroom up for grabs. The one-two and three- bedroom flats will come for prices which are much below the private apartments. The DDA flats under this scheme start from Rs.7.95 lakh and thee price of DDA flats vary on the basis of location. The maximum price of DDA flats under this scheme is Rs.77.80 lakh for a three-bedroom flat in Motia Khan.

Delhi Development authority has released the forms and the last date for applying is September 16, 2008.
