Homemade ice cream recipe

The name of Ice Cream only gives happiness to all the people whether it is a child or adult. Ice cream is liked by all specially children, in every season but mostly in summer. Ice cream recipe is easy to make and eat. Ice creams are very delicious and yummy, when they are homemade. The Homemade Ice Cream Recipes are given here.

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream:

Ingredients:

• Evaporated milk, 1 can
• Eggs, 2
• Sugar, 1¼ cups
• Vanilla, 1 tsp

Recipe:

Take a pan, put half can of evaporated milk. Put eggs in it and add sugar. Now put it on the low heat, and move it continuously when it completely mixes, remove it from the heat. And take it to cool at room temperature, now add vanilla and the remaining evaporated milk in the egg mix and mix it properly. Pour it into the ice cream maker, add more milk to fill container and freeze the ice cream. When it freezes you can serve it and enjoy.

If you do not have ice cream maker then pour the ice cream into a wide airtight container, metal bowls work best and plastic bowl will work as well as to mix the ice cream easily. For one hour place the ice cream in refrigerator then beat ice cream mixture with an electric mixer until it becomes smooth. Place ice cream in the freezer for 40 minutes and then beat with an electric mixer. Repeat 3 times the process of “40 minute freeze-then-beat cycle” and then place your ice cream in the freezer, when it freezes you can serve it and enjoy.

Banana Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/8 - 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 - 4 ripe medium bananas
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Recipe:

Take a bowl, put milk, sugar and nutmeg, mix it you can use hand mixer to mix it well until sugar dissolves. Take another bowl, put bananas in it and mash it well. Put mash bananas in the mixture of milk and stir the mixture. For best freezing results, chill banana/milk mixture for at least 1 hour. Now add whipping cream and vanilla extracts and stir it well. Pour mixture into ice cream maker. Mix it for 25 to 30 minutes now put it in the freezer, when it freezes serve it and enjoy.

'Don't Believe in love at first sight'check it out

Think you've found 'the one' after making eye contact with that random guy on the train or the girl you saw at the coffee shop? Well, forget them, suggests a psychiatrist and relationship expert who insists the myth of love at first sight is not only untrue but is to blame for many unhappy relationships and failed marriage.

Gordon Livingston says it's 'mindless' to think that sometimes the first encounter is enough to fall in love with someone.

"It's impossible to make those kind of judgments until you really know someone," the Courier Mail quoted Livingston as saying.

"There's certainly such thing as attraction at first sight, and in retrospect you (may) have been right that this was the person, but often those initial chemical surges betray us," he added.

Livingston said that society and advertising portray a certain look as being "beautiful", but this can mislead us and confuse our ability to make decisions about potential partners.

"We're automatically drawn to (those deemed beautiful) on an almost instinctual basis but they may not have those inner qualities that make for satisfying marriage. This is why it's so important to know somebody," he said.

Kamal Haasan's Unnai Pol Oruvan - Movie Review

Kamal Haasan’s ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’, a remake of Bollywood hit ‘A Wednesday’, is undoubtedly one of the most awaited movie of this season and proves to be a true reflection of a common man’s anger against Terrorism. UPO revolves around an individual’s anger against terrorism and the steps he takes to express it. The movie retorts heroically that Terrorism is the answer for Terrorism. It is an honest outburst of anger from ‘the son-of-the soil’ against mass killing in the name of Jihaad.


Kamal Haasan plays the protagonist against the terrorism. The hero’s objective gets revealed only in the second half until then the audience mind rolls with inquisitiveness what and why is the hero plotting against the police and the public. Mohan Lal plays the role of a commissioner. The audience gets engrossed with this character and empathize the Predicament a commissioner goes through from the hands of Power, Politics and Public.


UPO takes away the conventional screenplay and Cliché characterizations, infact the hero of the film is seen seated on a chair throughout the film but still pulls the audience to the edge of the seat. The credit goes to the Debutant Director Chakri Toleti. He deserves a pat on his shoulder for setting the story straight forward and not moving out of the template.

The political satire over the Telephone with Chief Minister does not fail to impress and there are many gripping moments in the film, especially when the Task Force officer (played by Ganesh Venkatram) plots the operating site of the Hero. Mohanlal plays his role with ease and proves why he is considered as one of the best actors in the game. Veteran actress Lakshmi plays the role of the chief secretary, often putting up indifferences with the commissioner depicting the reality.



This is the first full length Indian feature film to be shot completely in RED One format and Cinematographer Manoj Soni has handled it well.



The Music is by Shruthi Haasan, the tiger’s cub got to be tiger and yes she leaps 16 feet. The back ground score is commendable.



UPO is a movie to sensitize people against the injustice to the Public in the name of terrorism and does the terrorist’s statement “Gujaratla vandhu modhi paaru theriyum” insinuate about someone? If you want a simple movie yet get wired then watch Unnai Pol Oruvan.
